Ordering Information

HOW TO BUY

When ordering please state full name, address, city, state, zip code and telephone number. Please give a street address because most of our parts cannot be shipped to a box number. Prepayment is to be made by visa, master card, discover card, cashier check or money order. Wire transfers are accepted with a $25.00 us dollar fee. All parts within the online store and catalog are specified by using LH for driver side, and RH for passenger side. Prices and availability of parts are subject to change without notice. prices do not include shipping or delivery charges. Payments must be in u.s. funds, foreign funds are not acceptable.

BACKORDERS

If an item is on back order we will notify you by e-mail and give you an estimated delivery date and allow you to decide if we hold the order for the item or cancel it. If the item is not due in from our manufacturer within the next 30 days we will automatically cancel the order (for that item) and notify you by email.

SHIPPING

Truck freight:
If the item to be ordered is too large for ups or fed ex, it must be shipped by common carrier. Items sent common carrier are sent prepaid. Orders shipped to non commercial address will be billed an additional $50.00 fee.

Ground shipping:
Ups orders can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and foreign countries, and must be prepaid. When shipping to these places call 860-346-4989 for shipping charges. All shipping charges should be quoted at time of order although there may be times when we will have to call you back. All online orders will be sent standard ground shipping, call for other arrangements.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are inspected and packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect merchandise BEFORE signing for it. If there is obvious shipping damage make a not on the bill of lading and REFUSE the shipment (you MUST make accurate notes on the BOL). If you sign for an item without noting damage or potential damage (Distressed package) we will not be able to help you. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the packing list and invoice. If you have questions about this policy please contact us before ordering. For concealed damage contact the trucking company immediately to open a claim.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized before returning. authorized returns must be sent prepaid and a 20 percent restock fee will be charged. no returns on special ordered parts or freight items. On any refused shipments, the freight charges will be to you or deducted as applied. No returns or refunds after 30 days on any items. all discounted, used or original parts are non returnable. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice enclosed! NO CASH REFUNDS!
